PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Watkins Realty Group offers premier assistance and materials to help you get your California real estate license.

The state of California requires you to show proof of completion of three courses prior to taking the state exam. The two mandatory courses – Real Estate Principles and Real Estate Practice – plus one elective course will fulfill that requirement. For the elective, we offer Legal Aspects of Real Estate, as we believe it is the most relevant.

We offer both online and live real estate classes, and can assist you through the application and licensing process.
